1. Rental Agreement:
By utilizing the services of Exotic LA Rentals, you enter into a legally binding agreement subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement governs the rental process, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties.
2. Reservation and Booking:
All reservations are contingent upon vehicle availability. Booking confirmation is finalized upon successful payment processing. Any modifications or cancellations may be subject to fees at the discretion of Exotic LA Rentals.
3. Rental Eligibility:
Renters must meet specific criteria, including age, valid driver's license, and insurance coverage. Exotic LA Rentals reserves the right to decline rentals based on eligibility requirements.
4. Rental Period:
The rental period begins and concludes at the agreed-upon times specified during the booking process. Late returns may incur additional charges, determined by Exotic LA Rentals.
5. Vehicle Condition:
Renters are expected to return the vehicle in the same condition as received. Any damage beyond ordinary wear and tear may result in additional charges to cover repair costs.
6. Fuel Policy:
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. It is the responsibility of the renter to return the vehicle with the same fuel level. Failure to do so may result in fuel charges.
7. Security Deposit:
A security deposit is mandatory for each rental. The deposit is refundable upon the satisfactory return of the vehicle, minus any charges for damages, fuel, or other fees.
8. ID Verification:
Exotic LA Rentals employs an ID verification process for security purposes. Rental approval is contingent upon successful verification, and the company reserves the right to deny rental based on verification results.
9. Prohibited Activities:
Engaging in illegal activities, reckless driving, or any form of vehicle misuse is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement.
10. Maintenance and Repairs:
Routine vehicle maintenance is the responsibility of Exotic LA Rentals. Renters must promptly report any mechanical issues. Unauthorized repairs are strictly prohibited, and all repair costs must be approved by Exotic LA Rentals.
11. Insurance:
Renters are required to maintain valid insurance coverage. Exotic LA Rentals provides insurance options; however, personal insurance may also apply. Renters are encouraged to review their insurance coverage before entering into the rental agreement.
12. Termination of Agreement:
Exotic LA Rentals reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement in the event of policy violations. Renters are responsible for all associated costs and charges incurred as a result of the termination.
13. Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms:
Exotic LA Rentals retains the right to modify these terms at any time. Renters will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
