1. Reservation Fee:
All bookings require a credit card for identity verification at the time of reservation. This credit card will not be charged unless specified otherwise in the event of a cancellation or breach of terms.
2. Payment Methods:
Full payment for the rental must be made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled pickup date. Payments can be made using either cash or wire transfer. The credit card provided during booking is for identity verification purposes only and will not be charged unless the terms of cancellation are violated.
3. Cancellation Policy:
a. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup date will receive a full refund of any reservation fees paid.
b. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled pickup date will result in the forfeiture of the reservation fee.
4. No-Show Policy:
Failure to pick up the reserved vehicle without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the reservation fee, and the vehicle will be made available for other bookings.
5. Late Return Policy:
Late returns will be subject to additional charges. If the renter fails to return the vehicle at the agreed-upon time, a late fee will be applied, and additional charges may accrue for each hour of delay.
6. Refund Processing:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 3-7 business days from the date of cancellation. The exact timeframe may vary based on external factors, such as the payment method and banking institutions.
7. Damage or Misuse:
Refunds will not be issued if the vehicle is returned in a condition that requires repairs due to damage or misuse. In such cases, additional charges will apply, and the customer is responsible for covering all associated costs.
8. Modifications:
Requests for modifications to reservations, including changes to pickup dates or vehicle selections, are subject to availability and may result in additional fees.
9. Force Majeure:
Exotic LA Rentals is not liable for any refunds or compensation in the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
