Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup date will receive a full refund of any reservation fees paid.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled pickup date will result in the forfeiture of the reservation fee. No-shows or failure to pick up the reserved vehicle without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the reservation fee, and the vehicle will be made available for other bookings.
1. Check-in and Return Times:
- Check-in: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- Return: Before 11:00 AM on the scheduled return date.
2. Occupancy Limit:
- Maximum of 2 guests permitted in the vehicle at any time.
3. Driver's License:
- All drivers must present a valid driver's license at the time of pickup.
4. Insurance:
- Renters must provide proof of insurance coverage for the rental period.
5. No Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
6. No Pets:
- Pets are not allowed inside the vehicle unless prior arrangements have been made.
7. Fuel Policy:
- Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same fuel level.
8. Maintenance and Repairs:
- Renters must report any mechanical issues promptly. Unauthorized repairs are not permitted.
9. Age Requirement:
- All drivers must be at least 25 years old to rent and drive the vehicle.
10. Usage Restrictions:
- The vehicle must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
11. Damage Responsibility:
- Renters are responsible for any damage or excessive wear to the vehicle during the rental period.
12. Late Returns:
- Late returns may result in additional charges. Please return the vehicle on time to avoid penalties.
13. Security Deposit:
- A security deposit is required for each rental and will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of the vehicle.
14. No Off-Road Driving:
- Off-road driving is strictly prohibited. The vehicle must be operated on paved roads only.
15. Key Return:
